Giving Back

If I could count all the hours of giving back to their community that my family has given, I wouldn’t have time to research for you!

Despite not being a gene, the desire and commitment to help others is a strong character trait passed from generation to generation on both my maternal and paternal sides.  And,  many of the men in my family served their country in the Revolutionary, Civil , WWI, WWII, the Korean and Vietnam Wars.

Some of the organizations that my family donated their time, money, and love to, in order to help make their town a better place for all, were:

  • St. Peter’s Lutheran and St. Mary’s R.C. Churches
  • Cub Scout and Brownie Leaders
  • Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts
  • Little League
  • Pop Warner Football
  • B.P.O.E. ~ Elks
  • Freemasonary
  • Volunteer Ambulance Corp.
  • Volunteer Fire Department
  • Humane Society
  • local Historical Societies

. . . . . as well as many other teams, sports, and clubs that my brothers and I belonged to throughout our school years.

In that spirit of giving, 5% of each sale profit will be donated to my community’s Local Food Bank.
